An appeal for some help...

We're conducting some filming for a major BBC drama using a Tiger Moth which will need to operate out of Wellsbourne. Due to the early start we'd like to pop her in the hangar the night before (night of Thursday 1st July). The problem is that Wellsbourne are full.

Would anyone be so kind as to give up their hangar slot on that evening in exchange for some financial compensation?

If so please drop me a line!

Thanks,

Simon

Speak to the airfield office or manager i.e. Mick Littler!

Can't you do a short ferry? Bidford may be worth a punt too.

Thanks Blue Robin,

We were there on a recce yesterday and it was the manager who told us he was full, hence the appeal.

There are plan B's floating about but our operational preference is to find some hangarage at Wellsbourne if we can...

Does it have to be Wellesbourne? I know there is some hangar space at Gloucestershire Airport, a 20 minute flight away.
