With all the PA38s reaching the end of their lifed components, I would guess you'd be spoilt for choice. Here's a long shot. At Brimpton,, there is or was a PA38 that I've never seen move. It's worth a ring to the boss Alan Howse. I haven't got their number to hand but it will be in Lockyers
Another not so long shot - have you tried AFORS ?

-If you've not got spats, you can fit a bigger tyre on the 5.00*5 rim, i.e. 380x150/15x6.0-5.
Best value would be a Desser Monster re-tread - http://www.desser.com/store/products/380%252d150%252d5-%2815%7B47%7D600%252d5%29-6-PLY-RETREAD-AIRCRAFT-TIRE.html
These have about 50% more tread than a new tyre and last very well (and cost less).
If you can't get a retread then the new alternative is the Goodyear 380-150-5 (15/600-5) 6 PLY FLIGHT CUSTOM AIRCRAFT TYRE.
Watt's is the best UK source for tyres.

-Hi,
I have what you are looking for. I'm parting out a Piper PA-38 Tomahawk with only 2000 hours of airframe. I have the nose wheel fork with 600x6 tire included and also the main gears (with the breaking system, wheel and tire included).
I'm selling also several parts from this Tomahawk (interior and exterior parts) including avionics, instruments, engine mount, seats, seat belts, control wheel / yokes and others.
All in very good condition.
PM if interested.
