-As we are on the Historic forum I wish to add that the Spitfire is coming from OFMC and the Mustang from Hangar 11.
Unfortunately the Sabre won't be their as the engine is over in the US for some maintenance. It has been replaced by Jet Provost XW324.

Going by Saturday, the timings were pretty accurate, and the display as per
listing. It got off to a bad start though, as the Hawk had to cut it's display
short. Not sure why at the moment, bird strike or technical problem ?
Today they were using 06 at Southend, it's likely that they will be using 24 on
Sunday.

-the hawk had to cut it's display short due to it's Ram Air Turbine being deployed on it's last monuver. It's deployed due to the lack of air intake to the engine ie. in an engine failure.

I'm told that one of the Hawks had to go off and do a flypast today, at a funeral. Can't get many funerals on a Sunday ?
