A fold-down business seat sound like that introduced by Virgin Atlantic last year.

To go along with their new livery, which, looks like a modernised Air 2000 to me.

Thanks, I hadn't seen that before - I think the old one is better!

Dear God that is a truly awful design, what a let down!:(

That's not actually their new livery (and as far as I'm aware, they're not getting one).
That's just someone's photoshop creation, certainly there's been no press release from Iberia.

The new seats do look good. I wonder if part of the One World Qatar Airways deal included the upgrade of the One World fleet? Maybe Qatar didn't want to be shown up by their alliance partners and insisted on improvements in return for their powerful ME network? AA, IB and CX have all upgraded over the past year. OW certainly seems to be moving faster than SA on upgrades.

Unfortunately I think it is their new livery. On airliners.net's forum there was a discussion with a pic posted of an all white A330 but with the new logo on the engine cowling.

Really? I thought F-WWYG was just in a plain all white livery, there's nothing on the engines?

Sorry EGTC, I stand corrected. What a hideous livery, I could have done better on MS paint. Maybe the rebranding budget reflects the state of Spain's economy? :p

No worries :)
I know, it's going to be dreadful. Their livery never really needed changing. Everyone knows Iberia and so I've got no idea why they have decided to change it.

Sadly not. I remember the topic about it I read on airliners.net stated that the first A330 would be put in the old livery for some reason. I'm not sure why they are doing it that way.

I wouldn't be surprised if it is decals for now. The engines still look like the Iberia is placed where it should be for the new livery. I think new and old are equally hideous.

Introduction of new livery suspended until the airline is in a better financial state...

now Iberia is one airline that could do with a serious image make over.

You can't read too much into this

American have just had some brand new Boeing 737's delivered in the last week or so in the old livery.

If the new livery is to happen, it may not yet be officially launched.

Whilst I was at Madrid last week, I seen the A330 and it was in the current "old" Iberia livery - didn't have a camera or anything so I have no photographic evidence.

There are several pics of the A.330 on delivery in the old livery.

That was painted before the "makeover" was announced.
