I am not sure if the DRPK's AF is considered "small", but their capability certainly is.

They could be dumping fuel. The saddle-bag hosts fuel and the cabin heater, on that side. Someone took a decent risk in taking that photo. This could also be a prop from an upcoming movie as well. Photos coming out of the DRPK are not that good, usually.
