I expect a bunch of "No win No fee" solicitors are at the heart of this ?

-I sent a rather sarcastic message to one of the local news hacks via Twitter a few days ago; I believe I used the word "sensationalist" and the phrase "slow news day".
What followed was a rather amusing (to me) exchange via Direct Messaging with said news hack, the latter desperately trying to justify the news coverage.

-Sure next time Ryanair can stay up there till the passengers pay the additional £5 descent supplement.

-Ryanair is always going to be fodder for this sort of thing.
It has sort of set itself up to become so.

I'm sorry but I've never heard of any airline being sued for following standard procedure or am I missing something?
