Deano and all pilots that can still fly an aircraft (not just fly the 'fly by wire' systems and become totally inept when the 'fly by wire' fails) deserve astounding acclaim.:angel:

Stirring porridge we used to say.

We earned our keep somewhat yesterday after a window failure at 36,000 feet over the Atlantic ocean. Lucky it was the outer panel so it doesn't require depressurisation. After turning off the window heat, the pane cracked, but I didn't get a picture.
