-A really nice selection. I was airborne near Old Warden when I heard a helicopter on the radio going in there and I'd forgotten all about it. Too late to get there as I was due home for lunch! Any shots of the WW 1 aircraft that are based there?

The static Pup replica spent the day on Southend pier. The only other WWI based there is the scale SE5a. The BE2es seem to be in the process of migrating from Old Warden to Bicester.

As Mike said, WWI aircraft are a bit thin on the ground. Although they are getting on with building the new hangar.
There were too many people milling around to get a decent picture of the replica.
It was a very busy day though with around 20 aircraft visiting. Controlled admirably by kevin, with his hand held radio.
I believe Terry Dann now has his Auster permanently based at Stow Maries.
The helicopter in question. Based at Headcorn I think.

A small selection of what was on display at a busy Stow Maries, on Remembrance Sunday,
