Unfortunately I don't have that book so I would be very grateful for a copy as well please. My father flew most of his operations in the Halifax mid upper turret hence my interest.

Boulton Paul type A turret - Halifax mid upper.
Can anyone direct me to, or provide a decent copy of, the diagram below please? The image is from a general internet search, which offers no origin. It is needed for a local museum display of some of the parts shown in the diagram.
