Pork is a delightful meat to cook. As it cooks itself with its own fat.
Pork eaten in moderation in all temperate climates is healthy and the point I am making is that all this PC nonsense about pork being unclean and bad, we have become slaves to is coming from people who aren't from temperate climates.
Sod their nonsense:mad: and I eat pork whenever I choose to.
