-Not sure of the subtleties here John. Had Camit taken over production of the Jabiru engines completely or do Jabiru still make them as well? I have a Lycoming in the Wonderplane but there are two Jabirus in the hangar who may need the information.

The piece was lifted from the current copy of the LAA's magazine 'Aviation'. The article is ambiguous and is headed " Camit ceases production".
Jabiru Aircraft MD Rodney Stiff, records his sadness that Camit have ceased trading but advises that 'they' have 360 engines etc., as mentioned. They are also finding other suitable outlets to stock spares and components.
Perhaps an enquiry to Camit or Jabiru might elicit more precise info,

For those operating Jabiru engines the news is not good. Camit Ltd. the manufacturer of the range of Jabiru engines has gone into liquidation. Camit have 360 engines in stock and a stock of components and spares to support existing engines.
