I was surprised about how little they used 45 and 67 wing.

Here is an interview with an RAF navigator talking about his exchange tour with the RAAF flying the F-111 Aardvark. He also tells us about his time on the Buccaneer and Tornado GR1 while comparing them to the F-111.
