I'd like to know what the claim that the UK wants to block the deliveries is based on.

The only motive I can think of is that versions of the same RWR are fitted to some RAF/RN aircraft, e.g. the Merlin helicopter (I think), but as said, it's not exactly the latest thing around.

At last, Britons have ended blocking of L-159 with RWR delivery. Further Alcas come in Iraq till june. Firts batch of Iraqi pilots and technicians has finnished their training in the Czechlands few days ago. Czech Army will send pilot-instructors and technicians in Iraq in june... By the way, first two L-159 were delivered without RWR

the iraqis have also started flying the two planes they have in basic familiarisation sorties out of Balad AB in the last month. Hopefully they'll start bombing daesh sooner rather than later.

Aero is finishing brand new L-159 (twoseater) for Iraqi Air Force right now to delivery the plane during few weeks. After 13 years L-159 production line is reopened and Aero is planning serial production of new planes. Now Aero negotiates with Honeywell about new engines supply and there are some negotiations with new potential customers (still not specified).

Why would the Fuerza Aerea Argentina acquire the L-159 when they have their own IA-63 Pampa II?
Replacement for the Pampa?

No more likely an A-4AR replacement.

Hmmmmm, i have the feeling that Aero Vodochody is a bit optimistic here, the ALCA would be a straight contender with FADEA´s own IA-63 Pampa batch III, and even that the Argentine MOD "iced it".

As I pointed out before the L-159 ALCA is in a different performance class to the Pampa, also the L-159 ALCA is a real thing in production (relaunched) unlike the IA-63 Pampa Batch III which has been repeatedly launched (repainting and wheeling out the 20 year old prototype) yet we haven't seen much along the lines of actual production.

Aero Vodochody has signed a contract with Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) for technical and commercial cooperation on the L-159. The Czech company has agree with the Israeli company to integrate new and combat-tested avionics and other technical solutions. L-159 will offer customers together. The aim is to focus on further upgrading the proven airplane and to strengthen its position in the light combat aircraft market.
Aero wants to offer modernised L-159 for USAF program OA-X.
