Does anybody know where to buy these plans. My Blackbushe ones didn't come off well after being at a exhibition at the weekend!

They also pop up on fleabay now and again, I managed to acquire airfield plans for Matching Green, Sawbridgeworth and Hunsdon, and have recently seen plans for Gt Dunmow and Boreham listed.
With no immediate interest in Blackbushe, I have not searched for it but you ever know !

Looking on google one came up for Lasham that had been completed, however it stated

This is Lasham - After the Battle Airfield Plan No.129 Rare
One of the excellent and much sought after series of airfield plans produced by After the Battle from the late 1980's. Copied directly from the original plans held by the RAF Museum at Hendon, each folds out to be A2 in size but are a handy A4 size when folded in a plastic sleeve, ideal for taking with you when exploring these sites.

Therefore I looked up the museum and they can print them for you, or send you a digital file you could then get printed, see

Thanks TonyT, had no luck with 'after the battle' maps have been discontinued. RAFM prices look too cheap to me, will find out?

I agree, I would ask, though I thought the digital version might be better, that would allow you to print and reprint it on a decent heavy grade paper as an when you want it.

I’m looking for an “After The Battle” Airfield map for Gransden Lodge if anyone has one or knows of one going spare?
