Yes, that final 500D is an Argentine one. The yellow stripes denote it was used in aerial fire fighting operations. The 500E also got those stripes at one point. I don't think they use those markings anymore. Thanks again to everyone who has posted up 500/369/OH-6A photos. They have been exactly what I was looking for.

They were upgraded to MiG-21-2000 standard by IAI Lahav.. Other bort numbers include MiG-21UM AF-923 (cn 516999318), MiG-21UM AF-924 (cn 516999319) and MiG-21bis AF-930 (cn N75086175). There are also pictures of AF-912 and AF-920 (MiG-21bis).

Looks that way. Doesn't seem too impossible to do. They put Mirage IFR probes on MiG-23BNs.
