-Late-model Drakens, hands down. Once they received the newer canopy (F1-F2 and onwards, IIRC)

-C'mon guys, Convair B-58 Hustler, A-12, F-106 and the mini-dart version of it from Dassault, the Mirage 2000.
The Fak-Fa could have it also but the stealthisation process disqualify her compared to the elegant line of those classics.

J 35 went through three canopy changes (not counting the trainers)
The last one was with the F1-F2 versions, which remained onwards into -J and so on. There it was a very bulged two-piece, but it looks great on that machine. The earlier two varieties were basically three-pieces but with varying degrees of "roundness" to them.
edit: need moar

-Son of Concorde would make and outstanding PCA because of high speed and long combat radius. It would need to add low observability, sensors and a deep, deep magazine of A2A and A2G munitions.

SR-71 trumps XB-70.

-People must have really thought they were living in the future when that Draken thing came out. That thing looks space age.

Nationalist pride is blinding you. This topic is about combat aircrafts without canards. So both are disqualified.

In your opinion, what are the best delta winged aircraft to you? (fighters, bombers, tankers, etc)
condition: NO tailed deltas or canard deltas (i.e: Fishbed, Rafale, Eurobutter, etc)
double deltas, cranked deltas, etc are ok.
