I think prices will be silly, I also think some fingers will be badly burned when they get the invoice and see the 30% premium they forgot about while bidding.

This isn't Ebay, if you bid too much going quiet and not paying isnt an option

sums under £10 k can be dealt with very quickly and easily through the County Court on line, none payment is a straightforward breach of contract
