-Too far away to properly identify, something 1930's biplane and sounding "Mothish" came from Clacton direction heading SE to NW over Colchester in the late afternoon sunshine, really crawling into a headwind. :)

-From the upstairs window in Thame, Oxfordshire was 2 acrobatic planes chasing each other across a watery sky, then a Hawk flew over probably doing the RAF Halton passing out parade.

-Is there a way to find out when/if any of the Spits/Hurri at Biggin will be up, before they've actually been up and landed?
I only live 15 minutes away and it's so frustrating to hear so often that i've missed them flying.

-That's cool.
Not sure if you get it your side of the pond but the BBC Sky at Night program spent a night aboard Sofia and broadcast their experiences back in December. Unfortunately it's not currently available on our iPlayer from the BBC which is a shame.

Off and spotting today with a Cub and earlier 2 Tiger Moths flying in formation over Thame in Oxfordshire.
Is there a new spotted section as I couldn't see one, or did I just miss it, here's to getting out and seeing more than ever.
