hi,
when reading the op, I thought of the picture of the 4 RB.45's in RAF markings, so I googled it, but that was Operation Ju-jitso. It does show a short video of a interview with one of the RAF navigators, and also a interview with a retired USAF Major General about training RAF pilots to fly missions on the U.2 upto when Gary Powers was shot down...

Does anyone have any information on the above mentioned operation that reputedly involved 58 Sqn flying reconnaissance missions over Eastern Europe in 1948?
