-The panel fasteners certainly look like the ones used in abundance on the Anson.

-Just a thought - as the Anson was Cheetah engined ( and cowled) so was the Oxford and Envoy etc. The Oxford was 10.... The Envoy would be 6.....
Although there are no letters in this Oxford part number.

-We've got an identical panel here at Ronaldsway. I'm sure I found a photo showing that the panel fitted around the Anson oil cooler somewhere but I can't find it now.

I have a section of engine cowl that I think may be Anson.
The part numbers on it are
6A E768
6 _ 768
6C 768
7G E768
6E ---
With inspectors stamps N in a circle
DTD in a circle
BZ
I think the E is Avro speak for cowling.
Any Anson cowl owners out there to confirm ?
