I'll be heading to Dux for the Daks event in June and I've been hoping to grab a scenic flight but haven't seen anything about ticket availability. Tickets for the scenic flights from Caen have been available on the website for a while, but with only a month to go I still can't see anything about the flights from Dux. Am I missing something?

Actually the Caen flights sold out in a couple of days - the link now takes you to tickets for access to the airfield only.

The Duxford scenic flight tickets haven't been released yet, it seems the CAA haven't yet granted the necessary permissions.

Rumors of significant number of aircraft from the US dropping out, maybe down to 15 from across the pond.

Would not be surprised to see the number drop. Such an undertaking will make even the most well heeled operators think twice once the reality sets in. Quite easy to be interested and motivated when the idea is floated, but when logistics and cost is factored in it does become a different prospect all together. Ever since I first heard of this I wondered how many will actually be present.

Had wondered about some of the confirmed aircraft crossing the Atlantic. If they are indeed down to 15 that represents 7 dropouts from the aircraft listed on the website.

I am hoping to get to Duxford on Sunday 2nd June to see some arrivals. I had an email from the IWM saying that although being members we get in for no extra charge,
we still have to book. They only give a link to their main website. Can anyone tell me where I need to go to book please.?

Go to buy tickets normally, find Sunday 2nd June and buy members tickets (that are free)
