Bit too much smoke trail on fuselage;SAR Flight Commander would be `on his bike`,followed by Engineering if OC SAR Wing found an aircraft that dirty....during my time anyway.....
The flotation bags(outside-edge of sponson) were grey,held closed by `bungee cord`..

The smoke was based on a real picture. I'd forgotten to paint the bags at the time of the photo but did it shortly after.
