Hi all

Im continuing my clear up of parts and in amongst hundreds of bits of twisted alloy there are a few parts I’m hoping may be worth keeping out and not sending back to the bucket!! All are from Spitfire MK1s

One is presumably is an instrument that has lost its face/dial but is it possible to tell which instrument?

Next is bakerlite presumably part of radio, if so do the numbers tell us anything more?

Next there is an assembly marked piece showing the numbers 300 for Mark I and then 159, is this 15 for struts and braving and drawing number 9? There is then the number N1403 next to inspection stamp, would that be inspectors number?

Lastly is a small switch. Is it a cockpit switch or somekind of electrical or other.

I know they are all tooty bits and appreciate the time of anyone who can help me ID them.

Thanks in advance

Steve

Your sixth photo looks to be one of the toggles from the Magneto switch.

First three photos show a pivot block from the radiator fairing, aluminium block bolted into the fairing, the steel pin is what the radiator flap pivots on. One of these fitted each side of the fairing..

The last round piece looks to be the back of the triple pressure gauge, bottom left on the instrument panel.
