Ref #1821/1823,Levsha and TCVIP,the limits of bank angle for tanking are 20-25 deg when in contact, depending on large or smaller receiver aircraft, and level only for the C5....otherwise the crews would be doing the `quick-time line-dance` into the Air Command headshed`s office,no refreshments, but a strong recommendation for the `advanced potato-peeling course` for 6 months`....probably a reduction in rank as well.....THIS was from current tanker crew...
As an ex-tanker pilot and AARI you do not stretch the limits when in contact......it can go very `bad` very quickly....
