Back on November 29, 2017, Forecast International posted to its blog that a deal concerning a Thales upgrade of the UAE Air Force’s Mirage 2000-9s, announced during Dubai Airshow 2017, would involve the TALIOS electro-optical pod. Non-econmically refuriushable as fighter aircrafts (and with warranty). Afterall, even F1 are being refurbished as agressors. Pity they do not hae the rdy, but still they could make nice agressors. Good find.
The French unit will be using five Mirage 2000-5 fighters to guard the Baltic airspace and the size of the French contingent is approximately 200 Air Force member
