A recent discovery (for me, at least), is the whole world of virtual ATC to go with the virtual flying experience. There are a whole bunch of VATCOs (Virtual Air Traffic Control Officers) manning a whole bunch of UK airfields, ready for your every visit - and voice equipped too, so no more trying to second guess what FS2004 wants you to ask! See www.vatsim.org.uk for more info, from either the pilot or controlling point of view, and come join the action.

VATSIM is the best around. I have been flying on-line for 10 months now and loved every minute. All thanks to Mark L ;)

That link doesn't work, although could be that their server is down. The closest I've got to anything like this is the FStraffic addon, which is pretty good.

I can assure you vatsim is the best. But if you dont know how to fly properly or you dont know the CORRECT ATC procedures (not the FS ones!) then dont try and use it without getting some lessons first. BAVirtual are good for that, website at www.bavirtual.co.uk
You cant compare any of the FS traffic addons, purely because you are talking through a microphone to another human being. There are many pilots, and there are many VATCO's (the ATC guys!). It is serious, and although its a game, its a very serious game. Nothing better than flying online with real air traffic controllers and other real pilots flying for many different airlines.
