folks,

FR announced a weeks ago that they will start new routes. Among them is BIQ-DUB which will be served with 732's.
Do you how many 732's are still operated by FR?

Reg's would be much appreciated.

I think the 732 is only operated on UK routes by now. I got one two weeks ago to DUB from LGW, i'd think you'd get a 738 mate

Yeah I think there are still 9 in active service. I would be surprised if they started a new route with 200s, it wouldn't make much sense comercially, unless its just a short term operational requirement.

Ryanair have moved the launce of this route forward so maybe thats why you will see a 200 on it.
The only new route I could see the 200 on in Doncaster but as you say Biarittz and I have no reason to doubt you but it doesnt seem very likely.

Now don't quote me on these as FR is probably the airline I know I know least about, but I think (from the net) the current -200 fleet is:

EI-CJC Hertz
EI-CJG
EI-CNT Vodaphone
EI-CNV
EI-CNW
EI-CNX
EI-CNZ
EI-COB
EI-COX

and shrinking fast.

MAN still gets their fair share of 732s, although the B737-800s are moving in slowly.

I wonder will they paint a 800 into Vodaphone or hertz colours. Ryanair ear a fortune from Hertz so it is a possibility. Im sure going to miss the big yellow plane and a plane that asks you how you are. They are very special and I will miss em alot.

I remember the Jaguar one and the beer (Kilkenny I think) one. Were there any other logoplanes?

Jaguar and Kilkenny have been retired unfortunatley. I feel so lucky being able to see them everyday and you always know when they are coming.

The bright blue/purple Eircell one was a recent one. Over the last 9/10 years at STN we've seen the 'Tipperary Crystal' one, and the current Vodafone jet used to be in the 'The Sun/News of the World' scheme.
