Thank you young man (and I say young in a manner that is truly insulting - you expected nothing less!)
I don't think I am going to be there. The Rearwin is currently in the middle of a 25 hour check. Apparently all this flying I have been doing has to be paid for!
I also have brakes to fix.
I was hoping that I could blag a ride in the Staggerwing but that is in bits too.

-I am planning a DRIVE to this event from Scotland, but it's very weather dependent, and not looking good as I type.
I've seen the pics from previous events, and been yearning to go for years, but it's a long way for a soaking,if you see what I mean. Plus,if weather bad, there won't be any aircraft!
Anyone know what to expect from Europe,if any?

-Vintage stuff is not really my bag - but I live about 5 miles from Hullavington and used to work there - so I will visit.
Is there such a thing as a participants list, or can someone tell me what to expect ??
Or an I being naive ??

You have to be a realist if you're planning a 900 mile round trip by road!
Of course,if someone is flying from Scotland, and looking for a paying pax, then I'm your man!
