-sorry to hear about the delay, but good to hear with the flybe experience. They are a great little (not anymore :D) airline, and i've used them once in a while. Havent got a bad word to say about them!
Good to hear both flights were pretty full. To think there is only 1 rotation a day, you thought it might struggle! Hopefully we;ll see more routes announced from LPL next month!! :)

-I flew Flybe about this time last year. Dash-8 Q400 both ways. Couldn't fault them.
Our departure was delayed for about an hour due to GLA being fogged in but thats not their fault so I didn't mark them down for that.
The plane actualy circled GLA for an hour and I'm told the pax were given free refreshments due to the extended period of the flight.
Fabulous airline with great attention paid to their PAX.

-The only thing I'd fault them on is the 3-3 seating on the BAe 146. Just not wide enough for a lard-ass like me! :D

-Hi
The Dash 8 Q400, is a great aircraft, comfortable airey and very quiet. I have flown VLM many times LPL-LCY and MAN- LCY and the Flybe machine is far superior. I found the 146 on the return also comfortable, and better than I have experienced in the past with other carriers. both aircraft had leather seating.

Carl
p.s was at Liverpool today doing a touch of spotting, saw Flybe's Dash 8s and a 146 landing

Last weekend I flew with Flybe from Liverpool to Southampton.I Left on Friday evening and returned on Sunday evening and although both flights were delayed I can say I found Flybe one of the most pleasant carriers to travel on on a short haul service. Far better than any of the other lo-cos i've flown with including easy.ryan.jet2 &bmi baby and to be honest I found them nicer than BA or BMI on a similar short haul service, barring the fact you buy your food/drink.
When you consider the return fare for two passengers was less than £100, it was really very good. Flew down on a dash 8 and back on a 146 both had leather seating and both flights were pretty much full, will certainly try and use them more in the future.
