-not historic but Airbus do run tours around the facility at Hamburg - did the tour a couple of years ago and it is very interesting - we actually were allowed inside one that was being finished.

-The high spot of my last trip to Hamburg was a trip down the Reeperbahn to watch a version of the Phantom of the Opera. :eek: ;)

-Preserved at Airbus's Finkenwerder airfield are a Super Guppy and an ex-French AF Noratlas.

All,
I am going to Hamburg on business next month and was wondering if there is anything "historic" worth searching out whilst I am there.
I will be staying in the city centre, with no transport
