My job took me to Anchorage for a few days ... here's a few impressions. Not St. Maarten, but pretty darn close ....

Fantastic shots; looks like cargo city!! Interesting to see a Korean A330; I didn't realise these operated across the Pacific.

This will sound like a dumb question ,but why is Anchorage such a big cargo player? Is it a pit stop or gas and go facility? Or is it really a great big cargo hub ?

Amazing shots there. I've never thought much of Anchorage but looking at that, it looks pretty good for spotting
