They are a great airline was just on them 24hrs ago we was in Premium class which is much better then Economy class i don't think my mum could last in the Economy class you have no leg room what so ever so if you have long legs like me you would be better in Premium.

-My sister has flown them four times and each time her departure time was radically altered. In fact, two months ago when flying between the UK and Vancouver, my brother-in-law was diverted to Abbotsford. A smallish city about an hour outside of Vancouver.
Having said that, I do believe low-cost long haul is a great business idea.

Wrong Zoom only took one KLM here is the list of there three planes:
497 B767-328 (ER) Zoom Airlines C-GZMM Air Holland PH-AHR
