-by the way, the A340-313X you shot (CC-CQA) was the one that suffered an incident with an aircraft tug in Auckland. Fortunately, the aircraft was ferried and repaired in Zurich and it has returned to Santiago last week.

Although I'm plane mad, I'm not a photographer. These pics were taken with a digital camera when I was visiting relatives in Auckland during the summer (although their cold winter :( ).
Some of them are still quite nice though, and gives the forum a bit of diversity. AKL has a nice 2 level outdoor parking area where you can watch the approach, however as there is only one runway - 23L/05R - there is no decent view off take-offs. Well, form that viewing spot anyway. Sorry they are not of the usual high quality displayed on these forums!
