-Great news about the airbridges and other work finally in progress! We'll need it to cope with expansion!
Hadn't heard anything of the bridges, just that they were improving access to stand 1, with a possible walkway, handy with the lack of buses (or drivers!)
Spence, Where did you find out about the plans? Can you enlighten us further, or mail me with the info, interested to know whats going on!

-Other sites but the more specific stuff is from emailing people at the airport itself- the contact details are on www.cwlfly.com As long as you're not pushy or act like your from the press or a campaign group, they usually give you at least some good info. I first found out about though by going on opco constructions website, and it said it was a forthcoming project.

-You'll get all the info - right up to 2030 - when the Master Plan is published. Right now, that looks like being in February.

-Wow! I knew there was a masterplan being published but I didn't think it would be in Feb. Theres been some fuss lately with environmental groups demanding to see the airports masterplan, but the airport have refused saying that the masterplan was now defunct and they are working on a new one. I bet if they did give it to them though they'd just start waving banners about denouncing the airport and tell us all to use BRS. No Chance! ;)

Hey guys, was bored so thought I'd post this even though nobody except CWL devotees will give a damn lol. The link goes to recent CWL pics in general, but theres some that have pictures of the area being developed. Some building work has begun at CWL. The old domestic pier is being demolished and an extended terminal with more air bridges is being put in place. There are also going to be expansions to aircraft ramp space and other various projects will be carried out. :)
