-I have one Gill Airways inflight magazine - 'Top Flight' (Summer 1995).
Some interesting stuff in it - mentions their routes, and some thoughts about routes they may operate. There's one picture in the mag of one of their planes - ATR72 G-BWDB.
There's a nice advert on the back cover also for ATR.
I can scan it all if you want (34pages, A4). We've got a new whizzy photocopier at work which scans pages in a second and emails them to you.

-They set up quite a sizeable operation from Teesside Airport in 1995, expanding from their main Newcastle operation. At first they seemed to take up some of the old Air UK routes when they were merged into KLM. Gill operated from Teesside to Aberdeen & Wick, Belfast, Newcastle and possibly Norwich & Humberside?
Then they set up a daily Paris CDG flight using an Air France colours ATR 42 (G-ORFH).
Sad to see them go in the end. They were one of the first casualties after 9/11.

-Feel sure the only Gill route from HUY was to CDG for Air France, though they operated a lot of charters to HUY

Evenin' all,
I need some help with Gill Airways - I know a bit of stuff - i've looked high and low but i'm unable to locate a great deal of info, so it would be better if everyone told me everything they knew.
In particular i'm looking for all the aircraft they ever operated, pictures of the last Gill scheme they wore, and the timetables operated throughout its history - this would be greatly appreciated, I need it all for a potential project which would be beneficial to some of you lot,
Wozza
