-Allow me to enlighten you :D
The two CRJ's are there passing through BHX on delivery from Canada, the stop-over in BHX was to pull into Flybe hanger, I believe they were checked over and spanish registration applied in place of the Canadian ones.
Secondly a great batch of shots there (always glad to see some from Brum) :) , rare to see a bmibaby on stand 42 there also. They usually park on the other side of the pier.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong on the CRJ's.

-Thanks for that explanation FP :D
I think you story stands, as I did see them being pushed out of the Flybe hanger as you suggest!
Cheers bud.

-Just a question, how do aircraft like the A320/319 make their way from North America to places in Europe?
By: 17th January 2006 at 15:32 Permalink - Edited 1st January 1970 at 01:00
-The CRJ's made a stop-over in Keflavik from Canada before carring onto Birmingham, NWA's new A319s seem to like routing through PIK for example, I believe Shannon is another whether they are east or westbound.
Again someone correct me if I'm wrong.

-BHX doesnt usually get the CRJs through on delivery does it? I guess FlyBe still have some level of accredition for the CRJ at their BHX base from the days when they used to operate the type?

Just a few pics taken this morning at 'Birmingham International Building Site'
The blurred picture of the Cargo area (4th picture second batch)is when I was really stretching my zoom as I reckon that looks like a couple of Canadians there! :)
Anyway I hope you enjoy these, and I hope you think I'm getting better!
Cheers
Kev :)
