-As far as I know Iberia is going to use the new terminal, as all the airlines in oneworld alliance will do. The terminal is opening on February 5th, just one day before you arrival, I think it will be fully operational by the 9th of Feb so your flight to Argentina will begin from there.
I don´t know about Easyjet, just a guess, they are not going to use the new terminal.
The new terminal is almost entirely reserved for oneworld alliance, which in Madrid means a lot of Iberia around T4.
BTW, departing from T4, taxying is much shorter than from the old terminals because the common runway configuration is 33L for landings and 36L for take off.

Hey, :)
Just a question on this new Terminal due to open at Madrid.
I am due to fly into Barajas on easyJet from Gatwick on the 6th of Feb, and am going, with Iberia to Buenos Aires on the 9th of Feb.
Does easyJet and Iberia (mad-eze route) use this new terminal, and if so, which others will operate- for future referance...
Thanks a lot, it'll help me a lot and save me some time! ;)
