Shame they do not always respond when you tell them to. Maybe it doesnt like IE7.

I personally would recomend VATSIM www.vatsim.net as you CANNOT get more realistic than VATSIM - plus it gives you a purpose to control (i.e. real people are to an extend depending on you to help them! - by people i mean the pilots using FS)

-london control with vatsim is free and has loads of flights and helpful peer to peer free training!

-London Control has a really good free demo for download at http://www.londoncontrol.com/index.htm.
There are also a few great pdf tutorials to get you going.
Hard to get your head around but very addictive.

I have just been studying about air traffic control in my lecture... and have found a fairly interesting simulation. Not sure if anyone else has seen it, but have a go:
