-Why are they selling? I know that engineering regulations are changing soon, to become tougher. Best you check it out.

-You could always ask on a Business Forum which may advise you better than aviation enthusiasts...

Is it a nice area?

I don't have any other information other than the advert at the moment. Have sent the owner an e-mail to find out more information.

Thanks for the advice, I already have.

Hessle is a nice area, though some parts of Hull have a bad reputation. However there is a lot of redevlopment going on in Hull and things are starting to improve

-Personally I wouldlnt be too concerned with the area as it is not like you have a retail outlet! Im sure the area is good enough for business purposes if the current business is based there...
You really need to base your opinion on what the accounts and client list looks like not what our opinions are.

-hey, cloud nine
To be honest with u i think that if you dnt know much about the business or business area, you shouldnt be kean to buy it when you wont know how to run it in the first place, i am just typing wat i am think and this could maby make you end up bankrupt.....
Also, i think this would belong in the GD forums, as this has hardly anything to do with aviation... maby the mods can help me on this one!
I no i and other forum members are getting annoyed with business questions on a commercial avaiation forum......
Many thanks
Robert

I appreciate you are entitled to your own opinions, but the reason I have put it in here is because it is aviation related. GD is for 'non-aviation' topics.

Is commerical aviation not a business? There are plenty of other forum members that post business questions on the CA forum because there is not a dedicated business thread...however, I will take your advice and continue this on the youngentrepreneur.com forum, as it is clearly upsetting a few!
Bye!

Looking at the link to the advert, it appears to me that you could easily move the office from the house its located in to nearer your home and sell the house. Should be worth quite a bit looking at the picture and description

Difficult call, but it seemed to me to have aviation content, also Cloud 9 posts here. So if anyone was thinking of joining a venture it might as well be with someone you 'know' a little.

I have to agree with robert as the overall tone of the thread is basically cloud 9 asking us if we think he should go for this business oppertunity. The aviation part is not being dicussed as of yet....

You'll have to point that part of the thread out to me. I missed it

Post Number 5 perhaps. Maybe you can point out the threads discussion (other than the companies trading industry) of aviation?

Do you really think posting "Is it a nice area?" equates to
the overall tone of the thread is basically cloud 9 asking us if we think he should go for this business

As most of you should know by now, I had a dream of being able to set up my own airline. Well, much to my regret, I have to admit that this dream is offically dead and buried and that I have finally come to my senses...lol.
However, this has not deterred me from a career in the industry, and I am now considering in buying an air transport related business that is currently based in Yorkshire.
I am offering readers a chance to participate in this business venture that may offer you an occupation that you may prefer to your current one.
Here is the business I am now proposing...

PLEASE NOTE:
1. I will be directly involved in this new venture, I AM NOT SELLING IT!
2. I would insist on people seeking advice before making any commitment, so please PM me if you are interested.
3. Whilst the moderation team (Moggy C) has cleared me to post this here, that fact does not represent any endorsement by Key for the project.
