I ordered and paid for a scenery product over 3 weeks back (not arrived) and have not been able to get in contact with them since.

Well whoever owns it that's pretty shoddy treatment of customers, but I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation for why this has happened :)

As you say i'm pretty sure they are waiting on stock from the USA. My main concern (and the reason for my initial post) was that the site might have been a sham to con people - so i feel happier that it is a legitmate site.

It's just a bit worrying when you can't seem to get a reply to confirm what is happening, and your money has long gone.

It's only right that I report the outcome of this order with GF Shop -

I received an e-mail apologizing for a problem with my order due to a server problem.

Group flight has refunded my money (£30) and sent me the product free of charge. They have also offered me another £10 credit at the shop.

You don't often get problems resolved in such a manner - So well done Group Flight Shop!!

I dont wish to hijack this thread but would like to apologise to Steve and explain the reasons why it took us so long to reply to him.

We have recently been implementing a change behind the scenes from World Pay to Streamline as it offers us better rates etc which we can then pass on to customers.

The change involves coding a secure "bolt on" which speaks to the Streamline server.

Unfortunetly this led to a coding problem which did not transmit orders to us correctly, which we admit we should have tested more before implementing.

We then more recently have had configuration errors as a result of fixing it which could be seen along the top of the website and we are also in process of renewing our Security Certificate to a higher encryption version.

All our systems have remained completely secure at all times and we are pleased to be able to annouce increased security through upgrading our security certificate and the increased security of streamline transactions.

MegaScenery 4, which Steve ordered, is by far our best selling product since Christmas and we have sold a considerable amount of these at our price, which is also the lowest on the market. Indeed we are some £10 below rival FS retailers and £2.99 below the mighty Amazon!

We will keep checking this forum from now on as had missed this thread which we would have responded to quicker.

Once our website is back up we will annouce our new 24hr number 028 90 025 035 which is our Customer Service number.

Apologies to Steve again and I can assure everyone that we are a genuine decent outfit with sizeable base of loyal customers.
