-These usually follow the form of basic analytical tests I think. An example would be placing different shapes into boxes of the same shape within a certain time period, or working out which box net, when folded will actualy make a box, and eliminating those that wont.
These kind of things are used for ATC testing under the heading "logical thinking". For ops it may take on the form of something slightly more relavant, like a simple logistical problem with aircraft, requiring you to come to a solution.
Its a very ambiguous title under which they can throw you practicaly anything they like, but the above are common examples I have heard about. Pprune might be a good place to find someone who has already taken the Jet2 tests though...

-Pilot tests which sound similar generally follow the GMAT format. Usually your local library can help you out with this.

Got an interview with Jet2 and have been informed I shall have to take a short test in logical thinking.......anyone any ideas what this consits of as not having gone down this road before
