I have heard that Boeing is planning to build an airliner which could fly at speed of .95. Does someone have more information about this?

Just planes and will be called "Yellowstone", but I don´t see a considerably increase in speed. If Concorde flies at match 2 I think flying at match 0,95 is the present speed of most airlines. I don´t undestand.

According to Janes no plane has flied at Mach .95 but very close. A310 flies at mach 0.80, A340 at Mach .82, B757 at mach 0.86, 777 at mach 0.87, 767 mach 0.8 and so flying at mach .95 is nothin at all especialy when Concorde is around:-)
