-How does it compare to fsx? As in how big the game is (playing area etc) and the chosie of planes. How big exactly is the online, and how serious are the gamers. Can you have teams etc with head sets for comunication?

-Hi BlackStar,
I will do my best to answer your questions but if you need more info check out the game website at:
https://fighterace.ketsujin.com//default2.asp
Ill try to answer in the order of questions asked, so here goes:
1:How does it compare to fsx?Not really fair to compare the two, FA is a online combat sim set in ww2 ,which has been going for 10 years. The game engine has been developed a lot but you could not compare it to Fsx.
2:how big the game is (playing area etc:The game has many "rooms" offering different options. In some rooms ie Tactical combat the maps are large, in others like Free for all the maps are small to produce instant combat.
3:chosie of planes: You have over 100 planes from 5 countrys to chose from(England,Germany,Russia and the Usa.
4:How big exactly is the online? The game does have a detailed off line learning option but the fun is really online against other players
5:how serious are the gamers? take your pick! The game has players of all ages and backgrounds taking part, so you have some who take it serious and some who just like to take part and have fun with there friends.
6:Can you have teams etc with head sets for comunication? Yes you can.
Hope that helps,
Regards Woody

-I am sorry but I have only tried WB once but from what I remember FA is more user friendly and is easier to fly straight away. However if you do want more of a challenge there are rooms set up with more realistic phisics.
Best thing I could suggest is d/l the game and have a go!
Cheers

-For massive online multi play I use to fly Aces High. Another option for those interested in the Massive Online arena type games.

-Liked the FSX vid on there, very neat! Think I would need a bit of an upgrade to get it running well though:( On Aces High its basic idea is the same as FA but it defers in the amount of options/rooms it has I believe. Good game though.

[B]Hi all, Just wondering how many people out there are playing or have played Fighter ace online?
https://fighterace.ketsujin.com//default2.asp
The game is played by people all over the world but I am really keen on building up its Euro based membership.
There is a free trial going on at the moment so If you fancy something a bit different from MFS give it a go!:)
Thanks for your time,
Woody
