Eastern Airways Sets Sights on Southampton Restart

UK regional airline, Eastern Airways will resume its growing network of routes from Southampton Airport from June 22. The Humberside-based carrier is expected to relaunch an initial daily weekday service to Belfast/City, Manchester, Newcastle and Aberdeen followed by a further increase in destinations at later dates.

London City Reveals Return Plans

London City Airport has announced plans to resume commercial operations from the end of June. The restart comes after the facility halted all flights due to the COVID-19 pandemic on March 25.

Singapore to Allow Transit Through Changi

Travellers will gradually be allowed to transit through Changi Airport from June 2, as Singapore begins to lift restrictions imposed to stop the spread of COVID-19. The country’s Civil Aviation Authority (CAAS) said the decision is part of the state’s strategy to reopen transport to meet the needs of the economy.
