A selection of the most interesting aircraft to visit air bases in the UK recently.
Specially painted A-10C Thunderbolt II, s/n 81-0994, of the 107th FS Red Devils/Michigan Air National Guard at RAF Mildenhall. It was painted last year to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the squadron and was one of eight that arrived on May 31 en route to Latvia for Exercise Saber Strike 18. Two of the aircraft took part in a D-Day commemoration flypast in France on June 3.
