MilViz DHC-3 Otter

A new ride for bush pilots

ADD-ON FOR FSX, FSX: STEAM EDITION & PREPAR3D

The pure float variant of the Otter opens up a huge variety of seaplane bases to operations.

Having spent most of my career as a relatively straight-laced air ambulance pilot flying mostly uncomplicated routes between points A and B, I always enjoy coming home to my PC and slipping into my alter ego virtual bush pilot role. Therefore, when a new backcountry ride drops into the market, I get excited at the prospect of examining a new platform and using it to explore some new and old territories that push the boundaries of what man and machine are capable of. Having wrung out the MilViz DHC-2 Beaver back in PC Pilot Issue 111, I was enthusiastic to get the opportunity to climb into MilViz’s latest offering - the DHC-3 Otter. Grab your boots, a heavy jacket and perhaps some bear spray and climb aboard!
