VSKYLABS’Tecnam P2006T

ADD-ON FOR X-PLANE 11

The flexible, economical light twin

The analogue panel is presented in a clean fashion, with primary gauges in front of the pilot and engine and systems gauges, as well as secondary instruments, in front of the co-pilot.

Over the past few years, we’ve seen the small-scale developer behind VSKYLABS move from his exceedingly fun and quirky experimental and historically interesting aircraft, into fully fledged X-Plane modules that offer excellent quality at an attractive price point. Not straying too far from his love for less mainstream aircraft, a recent addition to the VSKYLABS line-up is the fantastic twin-engine, four-seat Tecnam P2006T. The non-traditional high wing design is at once attractive and somewhat familiar to those of us who might have happened upon a Partenavia P.68 in our travels. The VSKYLABS P2006T offers a lot of bang for the buck with two variants offering up different cockpit experiences.

Owing to the high-wing design, the main landing gear on the P2006T retract into the fuselage instead of the wings.
