Blackpool Airshow 2020

The Blackpool Airshow is a free seafront airshow set in front of sights such as the Blackpool Tower and near the Northern Victoria Pier, returning again in the second weekend of August 2020.

After an unfortunate turn of events in 2019 with poor weather cancelling the Saturday show and display items having technical errors, the Blackpool Airshow looks to return stronger than ever in 2020. 

Year on year, the Blackpool Airshow sees large support from the Royal Air Force and civilian display items. 2019 proved that the display can attract some large, star items with the confirmation of the Breitling Jet Team. Due to weather and technical issues, however, the act did not display at all, but the addition of the team to the participation list shows the potential its 2020 line-up could have.
