Now this is it i promise and it's alot easier to answer.
Im trying to find the reg of the Caledonian L1011 i flew on friday 1st Jan 1999 MAN-TFS and friday 8th Jan 1999 TFS-MAN.
Sadly my brain can't remember aircraft reg's pre 2000.

The following flights would be a big bonus to find registrations of.

Airtours MD83 MAN-ALC-MAN 31/8/91 - 15/8/91

Airtours MD83 BHX-MAH-BHX 18/7/92 - 1/8/92

Air Malta LBA-MLA-LBA 13/4/93 - 20/4/93 (Outbound was 9H-ABC)

Airtours 757 MAN-TFS-MAN 10/3/93 to 17/3/93

Air 2000 757 MAN-LPA-MAN 16/10/94 to 31/10/94

Britannia 757 MAN-MIR-MAN 18/10/95 to 26/10/95

Britannia 767 MAN-GRO-MAN 27/7/96 to 7/8/96 (Outbound was G-BRIG)

Britannia 757 MAN-TFS-MAN 17/12/97 to 24/12/97

That is all.

Gosh..... these questions are painful and very time intensive to research.
a) Long shot here but you may have done this detective work already. Go on to www.airliners.net or www.jetphotos.net in the search engine fields type in the airport name you flew in or out of, with the relevant date and see if anyone has uploaded any aviation photos of your aircraft on there, which will ultimatley have the registration number of the aircraft.
b) Failing that back copies of Aviation news list UK airport movements for the month in question with the aircraft registration numbers, backcopies can always be ordered, buy a current edition and it will explain how.
c) Failing that you can take a pen and notebook on your next flight and write down the registration numbers yourself.

Is the MAN-TFS-MAN L1011 Caledonian traceable as it was only in 1999.
