-Reality check here may be needed.
Corcorde trip NY-Paris-NY was already way back 10 000 usd....so if we take the passengers also to 60 km altitude to feel weightlesness too for a while...maybe 30 - 40 000 £ ticket is closer to the truth.

-Now a week later the project loos like this.
No funding for sure.
I figure this could "fly" to Mars with just 1/10th of the Apollo mission cost.

And in 50 minutes from Heathrow to Los Angeles...since the scramjet can be ignited at the end of the rail....after some time on the rockets.

I was wondering if anyone fancies a really fast travel ?
Here is the MACH 5+ approximately 400 seater business rocket.
:applause:
I figure it takes from Galdhopiggen ( Oslo ) to Los Angeles in less than 2 hours !
Ticket may be at a bit expensive side at around 3 - 5 000 £ back and forth.
Trip to Mars or Moon is valued in each case separately.
Ever tought about it; The Jupiter seen from the Mars is 4 times bigger ( as an area ) when it is at closest ! You can see the all 4 moons splendidly..maybe the 59 others also vaguely.
THUNDERBIRDS ARE GO !
